I cant open RealPlayer.exe in my laptop

I downloaded Real Player from the website and tried click RealPlayer.exe from my downloads folder, its didnt open or work out.

Last week, i have no issue with open RealPlayer.exe from same laptop.
My account premium RealTimes with annual plans. $49.99/yr which i paid.
