Problem starting free version of RealPlayer.

Just downloaded program. Downloaded all my photos/vids. Problems:

1.  Can't edit to remove duplicates.

2.  Can't play DVD's. Box suggesting paid update pops up. When cancelled screen goes black.  Whassup?

  The 2 features you are trying to use are paid features. You will need RealPlayer Plus in order to remove duplicates and play DVDs. Here are the key differences between our various products.
