3. i have bought two subscription and every time you up grade you want me to buy another subscription the ones i bought was suppose to be life time i can not keep buying every time you up grade because you do not mention this when you buy

I'm having the same problem.  This is twice I have paid for the non-free option ($39.99), and now they want another $28 dollars. Really? What a rip! Are they running a scam or something?
