3. Downloader (free version) keeps prompting for upgrade, won't download

I've uninstalled and reinstalled and the upgrade message still blocks downloading on the 720p setting

I know this.  I am choosing the 720p resolution and the upgrade message still comes up - we have tried on multiple computers and browsers without any success.
