This is not allowing me to edit nor even open my own profile. I am not able to download from You Tube as I have always done and I am a paid subscriber WHY?

realplayer not working
suddenly my real player is not working in my Firefox browser as it always has. I have been having trouble with this since i upgraded to premium.

I upgraded to premium and now my real player is not working
