Suleiman, This can happen if you are trying to burn a file format that is not compatible with RealPlayer. You can always convert the video file into MP4 using RealConverter and then burn the DVD.

3. installed the free version and it will not read my dvds. all i get is to up date and buy the program. why would i buy if it does not show whats on my dvd???
