And as usual from RealPlayer support...... crickets. Their program has gone to shit, along with customer service.

Same for me. I even tried to upgrade to 25 Plus but the payment page is also not functioning properly. And I have found no actual customer support link, just a feedback. I used to love RealPlaye...
