Can't seem to be connected to RealPlayer Plus. Also, I don't see my name in the upper right hand corner of screen with a STAR.

I tried "signing in", but all I get is "Not Connected to Realplayer.

 I found my PC is showing just Real Player and not Real Player 17. My account number is 0471037127. Can you assist me in bringing up Version 17? Thank you very much, Doug Brice
