3. Realdownloader not working after installing Realplayer 25

I am having the same issues, haven't been able to download for three or four days. When it did work, I as well would have to back out and restart. Have they said anything?

3. .srt WTF are those .srt files being left behind?

I just upgraded to the newest REALPLAYER 24, now I can't turn off the SRT files. There is no switch available in the Download area. Help please!
