How can I give Real Player feedback
I have downloaded several music. Once I did that, I expect to be "permantent" but I find out that if I decide to change a music title, the whole list start compliling again. In other words, If I downloaded, say, 20 songs, and I change one single title, it starts compiling everything all over again. This doesn't make sense. PLEASE HELP

When are you people going to fix the glitch that disallows sign in making it impossible to access your premium features. I have done every single thing in the troubleshooter and all was glorious until I shut my pc down for the night. Next day back to boot up and sign in little tiny translucent line. No sign in box, just the little half inch line. I repeated all of your troubleshooting tips but this time it did not work. That was two weeks ago, now I am beyond aggravated. I have been loyal to RealPlayer since the 20th century. Help me out here.

Adam Silva,
We don't understand the issue you are mentioning here. Where exactly are you changing the title name? Would you be able to send a screenshot of the "compiling everything all over" part? That will help us understand the issue better.

Cookie Jackson,
To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
If the issue persists, please let us know.

This is what is happening: I downloaded a song. Once I do that, the ACTIVITY CENTER starts processing the video until all of the people in this video have been added to the People collection. The video has a name, say, "Home." The song now is in my Real Player Downloads. I created a subfolder to put all of the same type of video together. Once I make a copy of the video Home and put it into the subfolder, the ACTIVITY CENTER starts processing the video again. But you see, nothing changed, it's the same video, same name, just an additional copy that I am transferring to this subfolder. Why should it process once more the same video?
Secondly, I created a playlist "James bond themes" and before I added this music to my playlist, I decided to change its name to 10 Home. In other words, I only inserted 10 before the original name. It's THE SAME VIDEO -- nothing else changed. All songs that I have added 01, 02, 03 etc. it enters the playlist as labeled, but except for songs 11 and 12, all of the remaining does enter with a number before (so instead of 10 Home, it simply appears as Home in the tenth place).
So my question is, is it necessary to process the same video if you make a copy? Secondly, if you change the file name, why doesn't it keep the name you gave rather than the original one?
Any suggestion is welcome. Adam

If you create a copy of the video within the same path (example - Original video in Videos folder and a sub folder created under Videos folder), RealPlayer will look at it as a new file. By default, RealPlayer looks at any videos under the Videos folder including sub folders and keep processing newer files. Therefore, if you are having the sub folder within the "watch folder", it will process any new file.
With regards to your playlist, can you please send a screenshot? It will help us understand the issue better. Unfortunately, we didn't understand the steps you outlined.
