Downloader not working.

My Downloader will not download music videos from youtube.

I click on the blue icon and after about 40 seconds of searching, I get the message - "Realplayer cannot download videos on this page" The message is in black, not the usual blue colour. It then says" Download from a URL" which I don't understand.

I have had no problems with the downloader until recently.

I sawuggestion to install 'Restoro' to refresh my computer. This did not fix the Downloader problem.

  Restoro is not a product we offer and therefore we don't recommend that anywhere. Can you please share more information on where you saw us suggesting it?

  Regarding your download issue, can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using? Lastly, what version of RealPlayer and Windows do you have installed?
