Download playlist question
Hello. When I go to 'download playlist' . I can select the videos , it queues them, but they don't appear to download. Any ideas? Thanks.

Can you please send a screenshot of your Downloader window after it queues them?
Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using? Lastly, what version of RealPlayer and Windows do you have installed?

Thanks for the quick reply. The downloader window is empty after it attempts to queue the files. I am using version 2022 10.6.0. I have windows 11. I have tried with chrome and mozilla. The site I have tried is erome.com. The playlist does not work on any files that are multiple files in a single listing. Thank you.

You do have the correct version of the Downloader. While our Downloader can download videos from most popular websites, some websites may not allow their content to download. Erome.com is one such site that is not part of a compatible list. So you will not be able to download from this website. Can you please confirm if you are able to download videos/playlists from YouTube?

Yes, Youtube works. I found a way to downland the collections with a Bookmarklette. Thanks.
