I made a "realplayer plus" purchase from your system. I already paid for it.

I got a message where the Order Number: A-S00307203.

Before the purchase, I had updated the normal Realplayer version, so I thought I had done the right thing when I closed the Real Player and restarted it. After starting, the Real Player Plus did not start anyway.

What to do to get the ”RealPlayer Plus” version now ?
