"real player not working"
I have real player plus and cannot successfully burn nor move the video file after downloading the video. I continually receive the above phrase and am not able to do anything with the video file after downloading. The Plus feature appears to be active with the star beside my name, but is not effective at all. Thank you for anything you might can help me with.

If you are still unable to burn DVD/CD, please provide the following information:
• Are you attempting to burn a CD or a DVD?• What happens when you attempt to move the video file?
• Did you receive any error messages?
• Is this happening to all DVD/CD's or just with a particular one?
• What version of RealTimes or RealPlayer is installed? (See https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039513)
• What is the operating system of your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)?
• Do you have any security software installed (Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc.)?
