As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it is not possible to continue supporting legacy and historic products, including: RealPlayer 15, 14, SP and 11 (for Windows), 10.5 and 10 (Windows and Mac)

To know more on this, please refer to this article: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039423

After re-evaluating market trends, we have decided not to make RealPlayer/RealTimes available on Windows XP or Vista.

We always recommend using our most current version, which you can download from www.real.com. The most current version is RealPlayer with RealTimes, available for customers on Windows 7 and higher (or Mac OS X 10.10 and higher).

I am not asking you to support my RP 15. I am saying you have no right to turn it off. I paid for the full version, and I am entitled to use the full version as long as my computer is working.

I am using a computer with Win XP. I do not plan to upgrade to Win 7 or above in the near future.

I paid for this program, and I have a legal right to continue to use it. You turned it off. You have no legal right to do that, nor do you have any legal right or moral right to deny me the full use of my paid for software.

You have a legal and moral obligation to allow me to continue to use it.

Please explain why I would ever buy anything from a company that will stop my purchase from functioning so they could force me to buy an update.

I really don't care about your marketing trends. Customer loyalty is a two way street. If you want loyal customers you must give loyalty to your customers.

Unless you are willing to give me a fully functional version of your newest program to replace my current paid version, you are obligated to let me continue to use my RP 15 forever.

Again, you shut it off. You have no legal right to do this, and you have a legal obligation to restore it. Please comply with your legal and moral obligations.
