RealPlayer Trimmer will not work after upgrade can it be undone

  Unfortunately, updates cannot be undone.

  For help with the Trimmer, please refer to: How to trim a video

  If the issue persist, please describe exactly what happens when you try to trim a video/audio and include any error messages that you may receive. It can also be helpful to include what your computer's operating system is and what web browser you're using. The more specific you are, the better we will be able to assist you.

  (Sept 2020)  I used to have no problems trimming a video, but lately whenever I try to trim simply 10-20 seconds off the beginning and end of my videos (recorded Zoom presentations; MP4), nothing is trimmed.  I 'Set Start' and 'Set End' as I always have done/as instructed, then 'Save Trim', but when I view the trimmed video, no trim has been made.  What am I doing wrong?

  (I reuploaded RealPlayer to make sure I have the latest version.  I am using Windows 10.)

  Lauren,

  Nothing has changed with the trimmer feature. We just tested it and the portions that we trimmed off saved the file correctly. Please try a different video and let us know how it goes.
