uninstalling keeps taking me back to Real home page

when I uninstall, it says uninstalled but still on program list but takes me to the real page offering to reinstall but no other choices. So, it won't completely uninstall. Call me 937-830-0943.  I want to reinstall the Real Cloud player 16 which I paid for but now I only have the basic player when I tried to upload an update.

  Yes, on the home page you will see the option to download the latest version of RealPlayer. To install the previous version, please consult the below article:
