realplayer is not responding can only open through playing library video

have re installed

Have run as administrator

Right click video and click burn  then premium dvd burning disabled  is displayed at bottom of player

cleaned cookies  and temp folder

have 40% hard drive space  star symbol is along side my name

windows 10
