  1- To resolve the playback issue, install the K-Lite codec pack by clicking the below link:

  2- If this does not resolve your issue, please make sure the format of the file is supported. Please click on the link below and check if the file is supported:

  Let me know the format of the file as well. In the Library, right click over the file and click on ''Details'' to see the format.
