RealPlay files gone berserk
Long-time user of this great system. Since converting to Win 10, music files have duplicated and triplicated for an unknown reason. My total file which should be a little over 1,000 items is now over 4,000 items. Worst of all, I've lost the ability to burn CD's, and that used to be such a simple task when your system was working properly.
I'm afraid to "uninstall" and "reinstall" because I might lose music/video files. Can you offer advice?

You may perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of RealPlayer by following the below article:

Make sure you delete the RealPlayer folders as mentioned in the below article, before reinstalling RealPlayer.
