I have changed my password & even used it to sign in real player but it won't work on the download tool. Help! Dorothy Stone

  In this case, I suggest that you download videos from web by following the below steps:

  To download from https://realtimes.real.com:

  1. Click on the photo or video.
  2. Click the More... link in the lower right corner.
  3. Select Download or Download Original (Download Original will save the file in the original size and file format; Download will save a version optimized for your computer or device).

  Let us know the progress.
