I tried everything and does not work, I paid for the premium version and it does not work, what should I do? if nothing I want my money back.

  I followed your advice from your web page but whenever I try to download a video the title appears in the download box followed by unable to download.

  David,

  Can you please do the following and let us know the version of videodl.exe

  1. Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer (Folder)

  2. Look for a file named videodl.exe and right click the file

  3. Click the Details tab and let me know the Product version

  Please note: If the version is not 2019.01.17, it means that you didn't follow the previously mentioned instructions or something didn't work right. In any case, can you please confirm?
