I can't burn CD's or DVD's useing Real Player

Hi, I am Harold Goff's wife. You have sent him a letter that pertains to my real player that is on my computer. I had recently bought your premium real player. I down loaded it and I still can't burn anything. Would you please call me at

  Every sense I update to real player 18 I can't burn a cd. Please help. I have the premium features.

  Can you please let us know what happens when you burn a CD? Do you see any error messages? Having more information would help us provide you with a better solution.

  Do you see any error messages when you burn a CD? Are you trying to burn an Audio CD?
