Paying For a New Plan
Hi, I would like to upgrade to Premium but each time I fill out the payment window I get the statement that I must put in the name of a' State' even though I am from Canada. As a result I cannot pay to upgrade my Plan. Also, my account says I am on the Free Player when in fact I am on Plus. Also, I cannot get into the section where I can download pictures and videos to my PC because my password will not work in that window even though it works every where else. My existing Plan expires on the 28th and I do not want to lose all of my pictures and videos in the cloud. I am available all day Wednesday Feb 22 to receive a phone call from a technician. I need help from a technician, not the community.

Please enter the two-character province code in the "State" field--as long as you've selected Canada as the country, the order should go through. If it does not, please let us know.
