Uninstalling RealPlayer Cloud

I uninstalled RealPlayer Cloud and no errors were reported.  But I found afterwards that "RealPlayer Cloud Service UI" still runs at startup and that the RealPlayer Cloud folder still exists.  How can I get these removed and fully complete the uninstallation?

  In this case, I request you to over install the RealPlayer from the web site www.real.com and then do a clean uninstall.
