Real Player app will not logon...period
The Real Player app consistently, even after following all logon problem steps for all browsers, will NOT LOGON. I consistently get the following message. I have the latest updates installed.
Also, although I can logon to the website with out a problem, if I attempt a password "reset" from the app logon dialog I get the following in my mail server logs (an egregious SPF failure!!!)::
The IP address listed is not included in the SPF record for real.com and real.com is SPF mechanism is set to "Fail"

PLEASE HELP. I am a paying customer for MANY YEARS almost since Real.com was created. Fix this please!

This problem persists even after the latest update in the face of my $15.85 monthly payment. So, I'm able to be billed but I can only logon via the web? Are there no logs that I can review that will tell me where the problem is located in the configuration. This is a tremendously frustrating issue at each update not being able to logon. Thank you.
