Song Ratings and Playlists are Gone!

I had and older version of Realplayer with playlists and song ratings. they are all gone and i don't see that ratings is a sorting option.

Please help!

  As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products.

  When you install/update to the newer version, you need to rebuilt the playlist and ratings. If still you wish to install the older version RealPlayer 16, please click this link:
