I am a returning customer. I have lost my ID for Real Player and I am
having to start over. I have Geek Squad protection. They discovered I had a minor virus in my computer and I was advised that it be wiped. My music folder was backed up. But it was not saved in Real Player. Some kind of windows program. It will not allow me to burn my music. I am a current premium customer. I have a receipt from PAY PAL where I have purchased the upgrade. Can you assist me in this matter to starting over?
