I get a message while trying to burn a dvd" The software that'as used to decode the media is not available on the system. Installing the correct decoders for the files you are working with may help to correct the problem" How can I correct or remedy this?

Please install K-Lite codec using this link:

Restart the computer and try to burn a DVD.
