Cannot Sign In

I have purchased Plus and installed the latest version of RealTimes. When I opened the program I got a message: "One or more ActiveX controls could not be displayed"

The sign in button is totally unresponsive and is preventing me from signing in. I have read numerous and applied numerous fixes. I have not blocked any publishers.

I am considering filing a dispute with my credit card company but I bought the program because I wanted it.

 

Any suggestions?

  I'v given up.  I used RealPlayer Plus til spring 2013 when they started having issues.  But i never had problems logging in.  Now it's working but i've been trying to use it for the last couple of years on and off and i can't ever log in.  You really get no help when you write them.  You used to be able to call and talk to a person and really get good help.   It WAS a great program.
