I just upgraded to premium and now cannot play a moveie on dvd says the security code will not premit it. By the way I am in my 70's and do not ant to spend my evening reading posts by well meaning folks I want to watch my movie!

I just upgraded to premium and now it says the security code on my dvd will not let it play. I do not want to spend this evening chatting about my software I WANT TO WATCH A MOVIE!

  I would like to cancel my account because it does not play my DVD disk.
