New Home Computer can't download Real Player

I've tried multiple times to download Real Player.  It has me sign in as the Administrator (which I am the sole administrator) which is fine, but I get an error message saying I don't have sufficient permissions.  I am required to sign in as administrator for many other programs' updates and never have a problem.  I previously had Real Player on my old computer and have lots of files that I cannot play without the Real Player.  I have tried this multiple times over 1 year and tried multiple "fixes" but nothing worked.  Please help!  I am currently signed in on my work Real Player account - apparently your database doesn't have my home email on file - not sure why.
