i wan a refund
i would like a full refund of my money. I have had enough of what is supposed to be Real Player. This software needs a lot of improvements. I am sick to the back teeth of thing not working on this software. I have downloaded several vidoes and it will not convert to audio. I just want to get on with what I am supposed to be doing instead of wasting so much time. so many hours I have wasted downloading only to have the converter not converting the vidoes. please refund me my money so I can move on to a more suitable up to date software that can handle the thing that I need to do. I am a dj and I need these tunes for Saturday, I have been trying from two weeks ago and to no avail.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK UGENTLY.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES! Don't hold your breath. They took my money and I spent years uploading over 1 TB of videos. I trusted them and they have deleted my videos and there is no way to replace that. This company is going to held responsible with a class action lawsuit as there are laws in this country that even Real.com has to obey.

after several hours of trying still unable to burn a video on a blank disc. I would like a refund..your support is the worst..if no response today I will call Visa and stop charge
