Had nothing but problems with Realplayer 18+, Paid £30.00 plus in the summer of this year for nothing, Tried Re-installing several times, errors says, check PC clock settings, but that's OK. Delete cookie txt file, did that too.still no change
I can not use the features i purchase it for, Delete doubles, repair info, Update software, looks like a plus issue that's not good enough for the price
Also not user friendly i have to click around to get any help which normally goes to the download home page which is back to square one
I will revert back to Realplayer 16+ or even Realplayer Gold which i purchased in the past they worked, but want a refund for Realplayer18+, I have asked for this refund before with no response from you.
I am considering other players that do the job and having nothing to do with Real.com in the future.
