Footage Copying Sideways Onto Disk

Hello

I have just updated Realplayer and tried to create a DVD, however, on 3 attempts all my footage (3 seperate files) have copied 'sideways' onto disk - therefore my footage is not showing the right way up, even though my footage is showing the correct way.  Also one of the items is showing a green picture even though there is no green in it.

In addition, for some reason all the components of Realplayer is not installing on first install and keeps coming back with errors, and when creating a DVD it comes up with an error saying it's 'timed out'!

Why is it doing this? I am using Windows 10.

Oh, and the other annoying thing is I cannot find a link anywhere to contact Support directly????
