Refund payment shortage after Realplayer Plus
Since i installed Realplayer 18+ I have not been able to use it for any of the functions it supposed to provide, I purchased this package on 23/06/17 and paid £37.93 equal to $47.99 and have been waiting since then for your engineers to correct these issues, as stated by yourselves.
In December 2017 I notice on demand of a refund, that you have reimbursed £17.50 of my original payment of £37.93 and would like the entire amount reimbursed, as i have had no use of the program, also it has been 6 months and you still have not resolved the issues.
Can you forward the remainder of my payment and delete all accounts please.
