My downloader dose not work anylonger since new Update using Chrome ..

I just updated yesterday I will try going to YouTube and trying a download. You can always use YTD I have that too.

I did everything they said to do so I can still download YouTube videos and still doesn’t work. The converter still works tho.

After update everything works except the downloader. click to open and it never opens and i don't have the dropdown at the top as I did before. Any ideas?

Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using? Lastly, what version of RealPlayer and Windows do you have installed?
