My playlists are missing

I created a playlist folder to organize my videos.  In that folder I had a couple of playlists with a number of videos that I had added to them.  Recently, when I opened up Real Player to check on a video I downloaded, I noticed my playlists were not there.  However, when I click on the add a playlist/playlist folder option my info for them is listed.  Why is this happening?

  Hello,

  Please note that after each update or re-installation, the playlists are automatically deleted.

  If you cannot find your playlists under the ''Playlists'' section, you can easily recreate them. Here's how: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204684347

  Hello,

  This is a follow-up to my previous message.

  I would like to clarify that playlists are deleted only when you uninstall the program with the ''Library'' box checked -- deleting your Library will not delete your music files, but you will have to recreate all your playlists.
