Hello I'm having a problem in rein stalling your software and also I can run its talk about  rpsystray.exe error

I'm using windows 7 and I cant find to correct the error I Real player many times but ever since I deleted the app I cant re-install or uninstall  the app I need help because im not sure if put my songs and movies in your player before my notebook crashed.

  Hello!

  Please try reinstalling RealPlayer using the alternate(full) installation file. To do so, please follow these steps:
  
  - Go to: http://www.real.com/ and download RealPlayer.
  - Run the downloaded installation file and wait until the following window appears and close it ( see screenshot 1).

  - Click the "Alternate Installer" button. This will download the full installation file, which is larger (see screenshot 2).
  - Run the downloaded full installation file and follow the steps to install RealPlayer.
