Getting Error code-2147467259
I keep getting this error when trying to download videos:

Could not create actor-guide not found

I cannot close the error message window unless I exit out of Real player itself. then I close the error message window which closes but come back in a few minutes. The real downloader icon stays on my task bar and is not functional.
I have clean uninstalled, deleted cookies, deleted temp files and have made sure that I have enabled cookies in Real Player and signed in again. I get the same issue. HELP!!

1. Send us some URLs (links) of the videos that cause the error message
2. What Windows version are you using? (Windows 7, 8, 8.1. or 10?)
3. What browser version are you using when downloading? Here's how to tell: Find browser version
4. Go to the following location on your PC and let us know if the you can find the files listed below: C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealDownloader
- cpprest140_2_8.dll;
- downloader2.exe;
- recordingmanager.exe.

I downloaded Real Player on my new laptop, and I have been getting also the same error message with no way to get rid of it or to download videos. Please help!
