can not sign into real player.
This spring I paid almost $50 dollars for real player and cannot sign in. I followed the instructions on your memo "currently not sign in several times." It has failed. last time I was in contact with real player I paid a fee of almost $30 and was told it was refunded, then I paid the $49 and change. At this point I have tried everything posted with no luck, WHY?
