problem pixilated dvds

new download of realplayer 2 problems from the beginning

1)  all burned dvds have large pixilated areas in picture

 

2) cd burner gan't handle wma files

 

First time I had realplayer  ( on different computer) it worked fine.,

  A) Playback issue:

  Make sure you are signed in:

   

  To sign out of RealPlayer:

   

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Click the RealPlayer logo at the top left corner.
  3. Select "Sign out" from the drop-down menu.

   

  Sign into RealPlayer:

   

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Click the RealPlayer logo at the top left corner.
  3. Select "Sign in" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Sign in with your email address and password.
