No warning. No reply from site. They backdate a email to Oct 2017. It is so bogus.

I lost 1200 files.

All my email cannot be delivered, no such email exist. I snapshot everything the plans I purchased. all details

  We recently made changes to our storage plans. We sent out a series of emails in the month of September regarding this. 
  
  Effective 1st October, 2017, all 365GB plans have now become 25GB of Cloud storage. We sent instructions on how to download your content from the Cloud. If you have not downloaded your files, most probably your storage space was reduced and content was deleted as a consequence of the reduction.
