I subscribed to Prime a few days ago and managed with a great deal of difficulty to successfully download 20 music videos to Real Player and then burn them to a DVD RW. The Player burned the 20 tracks and displayed a message that they had been successfully burned to the DVD RW. I ejected the DVD, then attempted to play it back on both Real Player and on the DVD drive. I tried it on two PCs, neither will recognize the DVD. I checked the playback article on the site and the settings. I have a current version of Windows 10, and obviously the most recent Real Player. Please advise.
