error code 401 message retry after null
Upon entering real times, the screen starts to scrolls up and down. Once it reaches the top for the last date videos downloaded. I touch the first video and start to use the down arrow to move to the video needed. I get down to maybe the third video and it pops back up to the beginning. It will not let me move down. I don't know how to null the video or what this means. Can anyone assist me with this error code?

This is a very odd situation that we have not heard of.
Reinstalling RealPlayer to resolve this issue.
