Dear Real Player Staff,

I chose to buy Real Player for $39.99 and then downloaded it.

It is very difficult to get my laptop now to play a dvd and all I get is a distorted small image which I cannot interact with. 

What did I get for the $39.99. At this stage I want a refund as clearly your product does not work.
