realplayer update

received a update notification I have realplayer plus and proceeded to update, against my better judgment I may ad, because had problems before.

Everything seemed to be going ok then got install log missing and installation froze.

 

Whilst files there on hard drive won't work 

Real.com support is useless, it seems you have to go through community 

So now have no real player

  I upgraded and can not download video keeps saying can not download video. I removed RealPlayer and downloaded it again several times and it still doesn't work. What happened to customer service?

   We should all report them to the federal trade commission, we paid allot of money for this service.
