cloud folder not working

   I've been using Realplayer Cloud & RealTimes for a long time and all of the sudden they  both stopped having a Cloud folder so what's the deal ? Knowing my

Luck it's not free anymore !

  We have recently discontinued Cloud storage space for our free plan, effective Feb. 28, 2017. We have been sending a series of emails (beginning Jan. 31) to free customers who would be impacted by this policy change, to give them 30 days notice so they could download important content. We no longer offer Cloud storage to free customers.
