    What is going on @ Real Player? I can't get any customer support! I have uninstalled & installed about 10 times in the last two weeks, and nothing works. Where is the support?

    I just put real player on my new lap-top, and I don't have all the functions I have on my desk top.  I have real player plus. I can open it on my new lap-top but it only show me 1 one video and on my desk top I have many-many more than that. I don't know if the version on my lap-top is the same as on my desk top.  Need help, my phone number is 612-423-3906, my name is Parris Wedel..My email address is PARRISWO4@GMAIL.COM

    Parris,

    We see that you have an active RealPlayer Plus v.18 under parriswo4@gmail.com. Installing RealPlayer on a second PC won't automatically show up all the videos that are stored on your older PC. Those videos are stored in its hard disk. If you want to see those videos on your new PC, you will have to manually transfer them over.

    That said, if you installed RealPlayer 22 on the new PC, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer 22 as this is a different product with additional new features. 

    If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer 22 and install RealPlayer v.18. You can install RealPlayer v.18 by clicking this link.

    Once you have installed RealPlayer v.18, you will need to sign into it to activate your Plus features.

    Please note: We will not be making any more updates or bug fixes in this version as it has reached End of Life support.

    I have a problem with RealPlayer, which is Premium, the latest Player 24, and I cannot download Videos.

    It downloads the video and then converts it to an ACC music file. Can anyone help me, please? Thank you!

    What error message do you get when you download?

    In the meanwhile, can you please let us know the following information:

    Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
    Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

    Please provide us with the version number you see there.

    Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using?

    I have purchased the latest update for Real Player and when I start any DVD for playback, i either get "Key Exchange from DVD Copy Protection" failed. or nothing but a screen telling me DVD is installed. 

    I went through the trouble shooting and the DVDS will not play.  I had use these DVD's for years with no problem. If I can not play purchased DVDs I willcancel my subscription and as for a full refund.
