Real Downloader has stopped working with all of my browsers

The real downloader button : "Download This Video" no longer appears on Windows 10, Firefox, Google Chrome, and the window has stop popping up in the top right corner of Internet Explorer. HELP!!

  If you are still unable to download videos, please provide the following information:

  • Did you receive an error message? What does it say?
  • Is this happening to all videos, on all sites or just with a particular one? If the problem is with a particular video, please include the URL from which you're trying to download.
  • What version of RealTimes or RealPlayer is installed? (See https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039513)
  • Do you have any security software installed (Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc.)?
